and germination in our
malthouses . As we
depend on it throughout
the process , we have
a responsibility to use
water carefully .
REDUCING OUR WATER FOOTPRINT
Many of our malthouses operate in water -
stressed regions . Even areas that were
once water - abundant are experiencing
climate - driven drought conditions and less
predictable rainfall . This makes responsible
water use not only important , but essential
to the way we work .
OUR APPROACH
At the core of our water management

water intensity while enhancing recovery ,
recycling and reuse . We also ensure that
water discharged from any facility supports
rather than harms the surrounding natural
environment .
