ACCELERATING SOLAR

ENERGY IN ROMANIA

Commissioned in the summer of 2025 , the

installation will generate clean electricity

and should meet around 29 % of the

site ’ s total electrical energy needs . The

plant will make a measurable contribution

to our carbon reduction roadmap by abating

an estimated reduction of over

2 , 000 tonnes of CO per year .

It is local . It is renewable . And it is a

powerful reminder that when we invest in

the right places , the sun really can do the

heavy lifting .

Our Romanian malthouse in Buzău

has completed a 5 , 200 - panel solar

installation stretching across 29 , 000 m ² .
