of stakeholders , including
customers , business partners ,
suppliers , employees , future
collaborators , associations ,
national and local governments
as well as non - governmental
organisations .
It aims to give them a better understanding
of our sustainability approach and the key
corporate sustainability reporting commitments
that support our strategy and operations . This
report covers all operations and off ices
across all regions and geographies during
the period from July 2024 to June 2025 .
Prepared as a voluntary disclosure and a step
towards alignment with the Corporate Sustainability
Reporting Directive , it ref lects our commitment
to transparency and accountability and provides
insight into how we anticipate and manage our
most material sustainability topics
across the
value chain .
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
OF THIS REPORT
We have aligned our sustainability strategy with
internationally recognised frameworks , including
the United Nations Sustainable Development
Goals ( UN SDGs ) , while climate targets are
aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative
( SBTi ) . All our key performance indicators
presented in this report , as of 30 June 2025 ,
have been independently verif ied by a recognised
third party .
This report outlines how sustainability
is embedded in our MALTiply 2030 strategy
and how we are advancing towards our
